Throughout the months preceding the event, we will give a heartfelt effort to raise funds for Church World Service, an organization made up of churches from all faiths around the world.

NOON – Join us for our annual Church Picnic at the North Pavilion.
At 2:00, we walk. We’ll join with members of numerous area churches to show our unified community support for all those in need.

RELAY FOR LIFE

We are proud to have participated in the Daniel Boone Relay for Life.
We have not participated in a few years, but check out the pictures from past events below

The theme for 2017 Relay for Life was Board Games and we chose “Clue.”
Our team of scientists raised over $2,000 for the American Cancer Society!

VOLUNTEER FAIR

Our next Volunteer Fair will be held on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 15, 2024

What is a Volunteer Fair?

If you’re a non-profit organization, the event is an opportunity to reach out to the community. Describe your mission, initiatives, goals, and the role volunteers play within your organization.

If you’re a member of the community, the event is an opportunity to learn a great deal more about local organizations. Speak with their representatives, get to know what opportunities exist, and determine if your interests, abilities and time are a good fit.

Connecting good people with good causes.

We aim to make the process of volunteering more convenient and ultimately more fulfilling.
