St. Paul's Lutheran Church

CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Our Child Development Center is a new facility that houses two areas for children to learn and thrive:

St. Paul's Child Care

St. Paul's Pre-School

Each provides a caring, educational environment.

We welcome you to tour our facility and look forward to meeting you.

Children deserve a fun and memorable childhood, and we have the staff to make this happen.

Our educational engineers are specifically chosen for their caring attitudes, knowledge of child development, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.

They encourage, innovate and facilitate development for a well-rounded early childhood experience. Their professional development includes training in First Aid, CPR, and age-specific training. Each has undergone a criminal background and fingerprint check to ensure your child’s safety.

We are delighted that you have chosen us to fulfill your childcare and preschool needs.
Caring for your child is a responsibility we take very seriously.
We aim to provide a loving atmosphere that emphasizes the development of the whole child – mind, body, and spirit.

Emergency Closings and Inclement Weather:

If the Daniel Boone School District has a two-hour delay opening or closes school, we will open at 7:30 am. We will make every effort to remain open during inclement weather, however, updates will be announced on:

Although we are not able to make phone calls to parents, we welcome parent calls to us to inquire about the status of the center closing times.

Should the Center need to close mid-day, the staff will first attempt to reach the child’s parents to arrange for pick up. Should the staff be unable to reach the parents, the persons listed on the emergency contact form will be called until pick up arrangements can be made. Staff will notify the parents or emergency contact person at the time of the call of the pick-up location should the children need to be evacuated from the Child Development Center. Parents or emergency contact persons should report directly to the alternate location if one is indicated.

Should the Center need to close for any reason, tuition will not be refunded nor reduced. Student vacation days may be applied, if available.

Excessive closures will be reviewed by the Supervising Committee.
